| The CNNC held a meeting to communicate and understand the spirit of 5th plenum of 16th CPC Central Committee on Oct. 19. On the meeting, CNNC¡¯s general-manager Kang Rixin pointed out that the basic developing concept of ¡°base on scientific development, exert oneself to independent innovation, perfect system and mechanism, promote society to harmonious development¡± brought up by the 5th plenum of 16th CPCCC is also the only way of reform and development of CNNC. According to the policy of ¡°acceleration of nuclear power¡± made by the 5th Plenum, the CNNC must insist on nuclear power as the first thing of CNNC¡¯s industry development, and do well in safety operation of nuclear power plants and development /construction of new project. Through independent development of nuclear power industry, the CNNC will make our contributions to alleviate the bottleneck restriction of energy circumstance and to build a harmonious society of saving resources and environmental friend. |
