The CNS will Focus on Popularization and Education in Next Year |

| Recently the Chinese Nuclear Society held the third plenum of the sixth standing committee of the board of directors in Beijing. The meeting reviewed the works in 2005, and determined the thought of focusing on works of nuclear science popularization, talent and education in next year. Academician Wang Naiyan, the chairman of CNS presided this meeting, the managing directors from Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation, Qinshan NPC, Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Institute expressed to welcome the visit from Taiwan and Hongkong nuclear power delegation in 2006. This meeting also discussed the works about the ninth international expo on nuclear industry-- NIC’ 2006, CNS’s member register, writing and compiling the stories about nuclear scientists, academic exchange activities and so on. |
