At 9:56 of Jan. 13, the Unit 1 of Qinshan NPP Phase III (heavy water reactor) connected with grid, and it means the second maintenance outage has been completed successfully.

This outage started on Nov. 15, 2005. Under the preconditions of ensuring safety and quality, all of the personnel involving this maintenance outage worked hard with solidarity and cooperation to complete 3291 items of overhaul repairing on schedule, and all comprehensive indicators were in the range of control target.

The two units of Qinshan NPP Phase III generated electricity of 10.124 TWh in 2005, and total 29.1 TWh up to now.
