The Qinshan Phase II Extension Project awarded a contract of BOP management to BINE |

| On Jan. 26, 2006, ˇ°the commission agreement for BOP management of the Qinshan Phase II Extension Projectˇ± was signed between the Nuclear Power Qinshan JVC and Beijing Institute of Nuclear Engineering in Beijing. According to this agreement, the BINE will be as an agent to take charge in investment managing, construction organizing and implementing, project documentation forming/controlling/handover, etc. for BOP on the basis of the requests from the Nuclear Power Qinshan JVC. |
