At the time for celebration of 110th founding anniversary, the “Nuclear Science and Engineering College” of Shanghai Jiaotong University and the “Nuclear Science and Technology College” of Xi'an Jiaotong University were uncovered the name tablet for celebration the founding separately on the same day of Apr. 9, 2006.

The China National Nuclear Corporation sent congratulatory letters to celebrate the 110th founding anniversary of Shanghai and Xi'an Jiaotong University. The leaders from the CNNC, Nuclear Power Institute of China, Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute, Qinshan Nuclear Power Company, Nuclear Power Qinshan JVC, Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Co. and Zhejiang Sanmen Nuclear Power Co. attended these founding ceremonies.
