On January 2, 2007, Premier Wen Jiabao, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of CPC, visited Tianwan NPP.

    Wen Jiabao said safety is the basis of operating of nuclear power plants, We must ensure plants’ reliable and safe operation.He enjoined Kang Rixin to convey his wishes to staff of CNNC.
