Established upon the approval of the State Council, China National Nuclear Corporation(CNNC) is a large-scaled state-owned enterprise. Experiencing the Second Ministry of Machine Building, the ministry of nuclear industry and the former china national corporation, CNNC is now composed of over 100 subsidiary companies and institutes, and has 20 sitting Academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering working for CNNC.
