Recently, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) declared that CNNC had totally possessed the simulated technique platform of nuclear power which had the independent intellectual property right. It was advanced in the world, and took the lead in China. The news meant that China had completely freed from the dependence on the simulated technique and products of foreign nuclear power.

    The simulator of nuclear power plant, which is made by the simulated technique, is an important training tool for the operators and management staffs of nuclear power plant. The simulator directly influences the safety, steadiness and economy of nuclear power plant. Moreover, the software of the simulated technique platform is a core technique. In the world, western nations did not export the simulated technique. So researching and developing the simulated technique platform which has the independent intellectual property right has an important significance for China to develop nuclear power. Now, the simulated platform has successfully applied to simulators in Qinshan Phase ⅠPlant, Qinshan Phase Ⅱ Plant, Qinshan Phase Ⅲ Plant, Daya Bay plant, and Ling Ao Plant.

    Mr. Yu Jianfeng, the vice president of CNNC, said that as the major force in China’s nuclear power development, CNNC paid more attention to the study of the simulated technique of nuclear power, researched and developed the simulated platform which had the completely independent intellectual property right, and produced the simulator. CNNC has already finished the update of simulators in Qinshan Phase Ⅲ Plant, and achieved the production domesticization of the core technique of simulators in Qinshan Phase Ⅲ Plant.
