On July 22, 2008, Mr. Li Rongrong, Chairman of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), released the result of the state-owned enterprises in 2007. Because of the great achievement, CNNC gained Grade A for the forth time.

    In 2007, CNNC’s economy increased rapidly and its economic benefit remarkably increased, too. In 2007, CNNC’s business income was RMB 27.1billion. Compared with the income in 2006, it increased 25%. In 2007, CNNC’s profit was near to RMB 2.6 billion. Compared with the profit in 2006, it increased 73%. CNNC has already finished the task which SASAC and the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND) assigned.

    Among 152 state-owned enterprises which SASAC performed as the investor, 40 enterprises gained Grade A, 82 enterprises gained Grade B, 30 enterprises gained Grade C, and 2 enterprises gained Grade D.
